Plans & Billing
This guide explains how to view your current plan, upgrade, and manage your subscription in Byline.
Viewing Your Plan
You can see your current plan in two places:
- Plan badge — Displayed in the top navigation bar next to your profile.
- Profile > Plan & Billing — Shows your plan name, status, and next billing date (if applicable).
Upgrading Your Plan

Click your plan badge in the navigation bar, or go to Profile > Plan & Billing.

On the Pricing page, choose between monthly and annual billing, then click the plan you want.

Complete the checkout through Stripe's secure payment page.

You'll be redirected back to Byline with your new plan active immediately.
Managing Your Subscription
From Profile > Plan & Billing, you can:
- View your plan — See your current plan, subscription status, and next billing date.
- Manage subscription — Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- After the period ends, your plan reverts to Free.
- Your signatures are preserved but you'll be limited to the Free plan's signature count and features.
Trial Period
If you registered with a corporate email, you may receive a 30-day trial with full access to all paid features. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your trial expires.
