Byline offers several ways to get help and share your feedback. Whether you need instant answers, want to report a bug, or have a feature idea — we've got you covered.

AI Chat Assistant

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to open the AI assistant. It can help with:

  • Questions about signatures, templates, and design options.
  • How to set up your signature in different email clients.
  • Team management and billing questions.
  • Troubleshooting common issues.

The chat assistant responds instantly using AI. If it can't resolve your issue, you can escalate to a human by clicking the escalation option in the chat.

Chat sessions are saved Your chat conversations are saved so you can pick up where you left off. You can also submit feedback directly from within the chat using the quick action buttons.

Submitting Feedback

You can submit feedback in four categories:

Bug Report

Something isn't working correctly. Include details about what happened and what you expected.

Feedback

General thoughts about the app — what you like, what could be better.

Feature Request

Have an idea for a new feature? We'd love to hear it.

Let us know what's working well. It helps us know what to keep doing.

To submit feedback, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner and select one of the feedback categories from the quick actions. Add a subject and message, and submit.

Your feedback includes the page URL automatically so the team knows where you were when you submitted it.
